You are hereby notified that our Masvingo Yth Assembly SG Cncllr Mutubuki Gilbert will be appearing in court today 13-04-21 at the Masvingo Provincial Magistrate court in a matter he is accused of having incited public violence.

Gidza is not a criminal, he is a young man who is yearning to see an independent Zimbabwe free from arbitrary arrests, persecution, political victimisation, and arresting change which is almost nigh.

Solidarity is a benchmark which defines us as a ppl, and as well, let’s all attend his court case tomorrow. We understand the regime is attempting to set a precedence and instill fear in the people especially masvingo after conviction of Mako, bail denial of Leader Ngoni and persecution of #CHIVI9 cdes.

As he virtually address the PEC leaders today, the SG made it clear that he is one of many cdes determined to see a new Zimbabwe which is looming, only matyrs and matyrs alone shall save this COUNTRY. No Court of law nor police force may kill the people’s will and determination, therefore the struggle will go on unabated.

Therefore, as the torchbearers of the struggle and Democratic dispensation, let’s throng the courts in our numbers at 9am tomorrow as we remain resolute avd determined behind our SG.
