By Dorrothy Moyo | The MDC Deputy President, Tendai Biti yesterday broke the internet after promising to step down to pave way for any suitable person.

Biti made the announcement after he was asked on Twitter if he is ready to give out his “Vice President post to Dr Nkosana Moyo, Dr Manyika or Simba Makoni.”

He quickly answered saying, “of course I am. Why not…”

His response received praises across the community with award winning journo Hopewell Chin’ono saying, he has demonstrated sacrificial leadership.
