We have received multiple complaints about harassment of female passengers by touts and bus crews at the Boka pick-up point in Harare.

One female passenger reported that last week, she faced harassment from touts who, rather than offering assistance, forced her to board a bus.

Touts aggressively seized her bags and threatened her with violence for refusing to comply. We urge all stakeholders to take immediate action to protect the rights and safety of passengers.
