By Talent Gondo|Justice Francis Bere has dismissed with costs, the High Court challenge on the use of the party name and logo, MDC T by the faction led by ousted former Vice President of the party, Thokozani Khupe and her allies Abednico Bhebhe and Obert Gutu.

Gutu, the newly elected Vice President of the MDC T led by Thokozani Khupe celebrated the win on the application launched by Morgen Komichi, from the Nelson Chamisa led MDC T was dismissed with costs.

“Justice Bere has dismissed with costs the High Court application that was launched by Morgen Komichi et  al  against myself, Hon Dr Thokozani Khupe and Hon Abednico Bhebhe. We are on a roll,” wrote Gutu on Twitter.
