The country’ s main opposition party, MDC, is determined to end Zanu PF’ s lengthy hegemony in the rural areas.

The party has introduced a rigorous campaign exercise in the rural areas in and around Masvingo Province.

“The MDC Alliance cadres will congregate at Chiredzana – ward 31 in Zaka East.

Masvingo provincial chairman Mr James Gumbi will be the key speaker.

Yesterday, the tireless Masvingo Provincial Chairperson Mr Gumbi and senior party members addressed thousands of MDC Alliance supporters in Bikita South on Sunday.

Chairman Gumbi and his provincial team addressed 5 meetings within 4 days.
