Norton Member of Parliament Temba Mliswa has congratulated opposition MDC leader Nelson Chamisa saying he did extremely well but he lost.

Making his inaugural address in parliament today, Mliswa also said he is the biggest beneficiary of factional fights in both Zanu PF and MDC.
