The outrage comes after a man claiming to be Chiwenga’s spokesman posted a message parodying with the ZRP conduct on Friday night. The man even associated the church with the police force.

If Chiwenga is alive and well I still want an apology from him for having not slept for 4 days. I was traumatized as I thought how I was nearly killed in 2002 and thought the same was happening to him. I don’t belong to his church but I stopped praying for my family and put all my faith to God for Chiwenga’s safety. I am deceived and am even more traumatized to hear the spokesman saying “Our police ….” so he is not condoning the brutal disruption of the sermon? This is a joke.

Why the policemen didn’t walk to Chiwenga and tell him to close the sermon without violence?
