Quiet before the storm, the Young Warriors line up before a match.

The Egyptian national team’s assistant coach Hany Ramzy has revealed that the Pharaohs are approaching their game against the Warriors, which roars the AFCON 2019 into life, with extreme caution.

The Pharaohs play Sunday Chidzambwa’s charges in Cairo on the 21st of June at the 80 000-seater Cairo International Stadium and Hany Ramzy, the assistant coach said they are looking at the Warriors with extensive eyes.

“We are monitoring the Zimbabwe team very well. They are known for their solid defence, quick attacks and depending on long balls,” said Ramzy.

“It will be a strong start. We hope to get a positive result as it would be a good boost to continue our campaign successfully,” he added.

The Pharaohs are in Group A of Africa’s greatest soccer extravaganza, along with the Warriors, DRC and Uganda.
