Ugandan opposition leader Bobi Wine has responded to President Yoweri Museveni who branded him an enemy of progress saying the long serving leader has ran down the country and destroyed institutions through the barrel of the gun.

Responding to a BBC tweet, Bobi Wine said Museveni’s first name was corruption with his second being a liar and a despot.
