First Batch of COVID-19 Vaccines Arriving Monday Morning

By Jane Mlambo| Zimbabwe is finally set to receive its first batch of COVID-19 vaccines early Monday morning at 3am, according to Information Secretary, Nick Mangwana.
Posting on Twitter, Mangwana said vice President who is also the health minister will be at the RG Mugabe Airport to recieve the consignment.
“The plane carrying the first batch of Covid19 vaccine will arrive at the RG Mugabe International Airport tonight (Monday) at 3am. Hon VP and Minister of Health, Gen (Rtd) , Dr CGDN Chiwenga will receive them,” said Mangwana.
He did not specify where the vaccines are coming from but reliable sources confirmed that they are coming from China.
