Hichilema Reaches Out To Zambians, Pledges Transparency

By A Correspondent- Zambia’s President-elect, Hakainde Hichilema, has reached out to Zambians and promised to listen to their concerns.

Hichilema is set to become the southern African country’s 7th President after winning last Thursday Presidential poll.

Hichilema won 2 810 777 votes against the outgoing President Edgar Lungu’s 1 814 201.

Posting on his Twitter account Tuesday morning, HH said he was open to criticism.

“Good morning friends, I urge you all to feel free to engage with me and keep me on my toes as we endeavour to fulfil our promises to you. Wishing you a pleasant Tuesday,” he posted on his Twitter handle.
