President Robert Mugabe once again appeared to be dozing off during his attendance at the University of Fort Hare in South Africa on Friday. Mugabe was hailed as a former student of the University of Fort Hare amid pomp and singing, but the 92-year-old missed several moments of the function while struggling to stay awake.
This is the fourth time Mugabe has passed out at official ceremonies and at a recent function in Japan, he was once again caught on camera snoozing (click to read). VIDEO (see timecode marker 00:32):
