By Langton Ncube| Convicted fraudster, Wicknell Chivayo was on Saturday evening spotted at Surrey abattoir, 53 Kilometers from Harare along Harare Mutare highway, buying meat a day before he was arrested.

The flamboyant bogus business man was driving a white  latest Mec with number plates printed “Sir”.

Chivhayo who spent almost 30 minutes on the phone while the abattoir attendants were loading more than 20 Kilograms of meat in his car did not talk to anyone.

ZimEye.com failed to talk to him as he continuously attended to his phone before driving off to Harare.
