By Langton Ncube| Deputy Finance Minister Terence Mukupe said some individuals who externalized foreign currency were trying to bribe Zanu-PF through offering to donate some goodies.

This comes after President Emmerson Mnangagwa issued a three-month ultimatum last month for those who externalised funds and assets to bring them back into the country or face prosecution.

“People who externalised money are known, as the President has said before. Some people were making phone calls to try and donate things to the party. But we said we are sufficient,” Mukupe told NewsDay.

  1. Is he not the same person ie the deputy Min who was involved in a scam involving smuggling of fuel and filling tanks with water…just curious

  2. Honouarble, with due respect who can u single out as not corrupt or not a looter in ZANU PF after 37 years. Lets be honest and start to build our country positively under the new president. If we admit and be apologetic, that will be fine. The truth is we messed up, me included.
