Mnangagwa Carries Mutsvangwa With Him To South Africa

By Dorrothy Moyo| President Emmerson Mnangagwa has carried with him his advisor Chris Mutsvangwa to Pretoria, South Africa.

Mnangagwa had at the time of publishing, jetted into Pretoria where he is scheduled for meetings with Zimbabwean and South African business people.

He is also meeting outgoing President Jacob Zuma.

Mnangagwa, was accompanied Mutsvangwa, Foreign Affairs and International Trade Minister Retired Lieutenant General Dr Sibusiso Moyo, Finance and Economic Planning Minister Patrick Chinamasa, Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development Dr Jorum Gumbo, Industry, Commerce and Enterprise Development Minister Dr Mike Bimha, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services Mr George Charamba and some senior government officials, was met at the Waterkloof Military Base Airport in Pretoria by South Africa Foreign Affairs Minister Mrs Maite Nkoana Mashabane, Zimbabwe’s ambassador to South Africa Mr Isaac Moyo, some senior officials from the South Africa government and staff members from Zimbabwean embassy in SA.

Mnangagwa immediately proceeded to pay a courtesy call on his SA counterpart President Jacob Zuma at his Manhlamba Ndlopfu Residence in Pretoria, the state media reports.

After a warm welcome the two heads of state went into a meeting with the ministers.

The South Africa side was represented by Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Nkoana Mashabane, Minister of Transport Joe Maswanganyi, Deputy Minister of Finance Sibusiso Buthelezi and Deputy Minister of Economic Development Madala Masuku. – more to follow…

If Munangagwa was not a tribalist, he was going to be talking in Ndebele while addressing South-Africans, and they would not have problems understanding him.Infact I mean the whole bunch of his ministers, now because they came to power with a poisoned chalice to hate Ndebeles and their language, most of tthem can not communicate in Ndebele.So what they will do is to resort to the lannguage of our former colonisers and yet they claim to be pan-Africans.What a load of hypocrisy.Since independence a majority of Zimbabweans by now should be at least comfortable in speaking in two major languages.That is what South-Africans do.If you find a South-African who only speaks in one language, then know that person is not South-African.We need to be civilised in Zimbabwe.There is something that is very rotten with our attitude as a people and it smells.
