25 February 2018
Terrence Mawawa |Doctors and nurses at Harare Hospital are mulling industrial action following what they have described as poor working conditions.
Despite the First Lady Auxillia Mnangagwa’ s visit to the country’s major health institutions, doctors and nurses at the big government hospital are accusing the Ministry of Health and Child Care of ignoring their plight.
Impeccable sources told ZimEye.com on Friday a meeting was held on Thursday to discuss the poor working conditions at the hospital.
“We have a number of grievances such as paltry allowances and poor working conditions.
Unless these grievances are addressed we will put our tools down,” said a senior nurse at the hospital.
