By Paul Nyathi | Probably the most hardworking and loved City Of Harare Councillor, Tranos Moyo has died.

Councillor Moyo of Ward 15, Warren Park, died in the capital this morning after being ill for a while.

Moyo was the City’s Finance and Development Committee chairperson. He is popular for repeatedly defending against steep rate increase proposals on residents.
