The ZESA (Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority) boss has confessed saying the power utility can fund ZANU PF saying if he were approached to donations, there is nothing he can do about it.

He also revealed that it is current ZESA practice that every donation up to $20,000 requires the approval of the Managing Director, and everything in the $150,000 threshold requires the approval of the Minister in charge of Energy.
