A Correspondent| Vice President Constantino Chiwenga and his boss Emmerson Mnangagwa have been sued over former President Robert Mugabe’s resignation letter.

The lawsuit was launched by activist Linda Masarira and her colleagues, Vusumuzi Sibanda and Bongani Nyathi.

The case is geared to reverse Robert Mugabe’s resignation letter while repealing the new regime.

In the application, Masasira said she is challenging “Mnangagwa’s legitimacy. We cannot even trust him with the management of elections this year.”

She added saying, “a coup is a coup period, blood or no blood spilt. Once there is forceful removal (of a President), it matters not whether there is resistance.”
