1)Devolution-The Constitution of the Republic of
Zimbabwe is clear that we devolute power to our
regions, as an MDC T government we will have
delegated power to all regions. A regional government
reporting to the central government of the republic.

2:Infrastructure-we seek to build more schools in
Matabeleland, roads, hospitals and clinics to help the
marginalized region. We seek to link the
Plumtree,Beitbridge,Borders to our neighbouring
countries by merging the railway lines for easy
goods and passenger transportation and the economy
will be more localised.

3:Linguistics, MDC government seeks to include all
languages and will require holders of government
positions to know three or four local languages of
the region.

4:Tribes, MDC has a social draft plan to deal with
tribal rifts and disintegration,MDC will not tolerate a
tribalistic approaches as Zimbabwe is one and
cannot be divided along tribal lines. The MDC government
will set up an equality court the RSA way -which will
deal with all tribal rhetorics attracting a fine of up to
$10,000 fine,a jail sentence of up to 3-5 years for
tribal offenders.

A government initiated local committee to deal with local community
problems and the role of chiefs will not be to interfere
with political issues but social issues. The MDC will not
tolerate tribal bullying.
