By Farai D Hove| The capital city, Harare has signed a 3.5 million Euro grant deal with a company called Vitens to improve the city’s water delivery. (THIS IS A DEVELOPING STORY).

The city made the announcement Monday morning which was meant to bring celebrations.

But Zimbabweans reacted questioning if the money will be used honestly.

“You received a LOAN from China Import Export Bank to refurbish and expand Crowborough, sewage treatment plant but nothing was done why?,” asked one resident.
