16 April 2018
By Farai D Hove| The capital city, Harare has signed a 3.5 million Euro grant deal with a company called Vitens to improve the city’s water delivery. (THIS IS A DEVELOPING STORY).
The city made the announcement Monday morning which was meant to bring celebrations.
