President Emmerson Mnangagwa will soon lose control of the ruling party Zanu PF, a political analyst has said.

Political commentator and National People’s Party Spokesperson Jeffryson Chitando yesterday claimed the G-40 faction was totally in control of Zanu PF structures following the failure by Lacoste stalwarts to win the primary polls.

“One lesson the Mnangagwa led Lacoste Coup
masters must learn from the primary
elections is that G-40(NPF) is controlling the
party.

All well known G-40 members
who were allowed to contest won resoundingly against
Lacoste.

There is disaster ahead Mr Mnangagwa,” said Chitando.
