Zimbabwe Warriors captain Knowledge Musona is in talks with Standard Liege of Belgium.

Musona is currently contracted to KV Oostende. He joined the side in 2015, scoring 39 goals in 110 appearances.

According to IOL, a South African news website, his agent Mike Makaab of ProSport International is currently in Belgium, where he is busy negotiating with Liege.

“Makaab is in Belgium, where he is in talks with Liege. If everything goes well, Musona might conclude the deal by the end of this week,” an unnamed source told the website.

Makaab is also reported to have confirmed the news on a South African radio station.

“I’m in Oostende, Belgium. We are discussing the way forward with Knowledge Musona.We are busy in talks at the moment,” said Makaab.
