By Redley Mugabe| The serial bully who among other things once threatened to kill a South Africa based woman, Obert Gutu has made a claim of abuse against him on Twitter.

The expelled Thokozani Khupe’s deputy wrote on his portal that he will be blocking people who post “abusive comments on my Twitter handle.”

But others found his claim to be a mere cover up for political losses. See below
