WORDS OF COMFORT TO MY FRIEND Lynette Karenyi.

DEAR Lynette…

My Friend in Arms, My friend in struggles)
People shouldity or take Lynette’s silence as a sign of weakness, it’s actually a strength in her Lynette Karenyi is no pushover her supporters are no pushovers too.

I grew up with Lynette and her family she is my friend and family relative infact we are Tom and Jerry. We advice each other as friends. I hate to see Lynette Down. It hurts to see Komichi using certain ladies mafikizolos in the party to fight Lynette in Particular Memory Mbondiya , Muguti and Virginia Muradzikwa.

I spoke to Lynette for all most 6 hours last night I tried to talk to her to stay away from people who don’t appreciate what she does and she has refused. She loves MDCT she was totured many times by the Zanu Regime. The least the leadrship could have done was to treat Lynette with dignity and humour. They should never have allowed Mutseyami to traumatise Lynette.

Lynette called me during a rally in Chiredzi over the weekend. she had been attacked by ulcers and I know it’s happens a lot when she gets stressed. I told her to call other leaders who were in Chiredzi to get medical help. Her answer was simple I no longer trust everybody. That answer told me a lot about the situation.

On behalf of Lynette
This is my promise to Komichi I will fight till my last breath to make sure in future you shall never get any leadership position in our party.

Last year when I received a call after the passing of my lovely dad who was also mdct area chair in Makoni under Pishayi. The first person to call me was Lynette. When I parked my car at Nyaradzo I was surprised to see Lynette bravely holding a bunch of Flowers as farewell to my dad whom he called sekuru and father within the mdct family and politics in general. When Zanu burned my mother in the village it was only Lynette, Pishayi and Roy Bennett who visited my mother and dad to comfort her.

I am saying this personal matters cause I am truely hurt and I feel Lynette’s pain. In 2007 we lost a business plot to Oppah Muchinguri. And my father lost chieftainship of Tswingwe cause Chombo wanted him to denounce mdct first. But karenyi continued visiting our dad and family and entire clan comforting us. Up untill now I am trying to find Lynette crime a

When man y mothers wants something in Mutare they call Lynette for help, my own mother included. The point I am highlighting is. Lynette is not Just a mother during campaigns only she is a mother and daughter in law at all times by nature she is humble and caring.

If the rumours of her troubles at the hence of Komichi and Memory Mbondiya are true we can only say good luck for the future Komichi and your network

Lynette the people of Mutare will not let you down. Ignore those that are heartless and cruel we shall always be indebted to your kindness. As I write this letter I probably am writting on behalf of many people who love Lynette and have been helped by her or touched by her campaign for a free Zimbabwe

I know you wanted to continue serving us the people of Mutare but Komichi Mbondiya supported by one of our own Mutseyami betrayed you. What hurts me is Prosper is a neighbour and close friend of my young brother George. When George is broke he goes to Prosper house and get help. I always thought Prosper is one of us. But anyway in Shona tinoti Muroyi ndewe hama

We love you Lynette you are out sister, you are a friend . You are a mother. Muramu wangu love you lots and lots and lots

As I conclude I say to Lyn ette stay calm remain focussed keep campaigning for our party and President. But if you decide enough is enough we shall also support you.Mhandu dzichanyara rimwe zuva. I hope to see you accompanying leadrship on our national tours as you have always done

Yours truly ,

Paul K. Saungweme
A true loyal Friend of Amai Lynette Karenyi
