By Paul Nyathi|Finance and Economic Development Minister Patrick Chinamasa has hit the headlines after he was caught on camera commissioning a garbage bin in Rusape over the weekend.

Chinamasa took time to officially commission the bins after officially opening the revived VENGERE MULTI-PURPOSE SPORTS COURT in the town.

Chinamasa commissioned 3 skip bins, 2 at Main Bus Terminus and 1 at Evergreen Market.

The Town Council said in a statement that the new skip bins will help improve waste disposal and management in the town.
