Cde Chinoz, whose phones were still unreachable at the time of publishing, was involved in a car accident in the south-eastern town on Sunday.

He was driving a Sprinter.

As details were coming ashore, experts told ZimEye.com the vehicle lost control and veered off the road; In the process Cde Chinoz suffered injuries at his face.

He was then admitted at Birchenough Bridge Hospital late afternoon. But ZimEye can reveal that by midnight, Chinoz had been discharged.

“He was attended to for injuries to his face… But when he was later discharged, he walked out complaining about his back,” an impeccable family source told ZimEye.com

Meanwhile, the man last appeared online just after the accident at 4pm Sunday afternoon.

Attempts to reach him via phone failed as it would not go through.

ZimEye sent him a message via WhatsApp which was still unopened at 2pm Monday afternoon.
