The police have refused to grant
Nelson Chamisa’s MDC Alliance permission to hold a rally in Kwekwe.

Chamisa yesterday revealed that he would hold rallies across the country
to thank his supporters for their unwavering commitment. He also said he would advise the supporters on the way forward. The police refused to grant permission for the rally citing an outbreak of typhoid in Midlands Province. The police said they would not

sanction public gatherings due to the outbreak of the deadly disease.
