Its own government has no control over a huge area of its territory, and even its president lives in fear of assassination. Although sending 10 white rhinos to a war zone is sentencing them to their instant death, the Minister Of Environment And Tourism Oppah Muchinguri has said she is donating the large number of rhinos for conservation.
