By Own Correspondent| Shoko festival has been given the green light to hold their events this weekend.
Organisers of the Shoko Festival 2018 revealed on their social media that they had officially received permits from both the City of Harare’s Health Department and the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) to proceed with the event.
