By Own Correspondent| Former Finance and Economic deputy minister Terence Mukupe, has said PHD leader Prophet Walter Magaya should be given 10 members of parliament to cure of HIV drawing criticism over his remarks which some describe as discriminatory.
Mukupe said this in a tweet following claims by Magaya that he had found a cure for HIV and cancer.

The controversial former deputy minister in May torched a storm after he asked opposition MDC Alliance stalwart Tendai Biti during a discussion at ZiFM stereo whether he had taken his dosage of anti retroviral treatment in a development which drew criticism from most sections of society.
Mukupe dismally lost his parliamentary bid in Harare East in the July 30 harmonised elections.
