Terrence Mawawa|Commissioner Charity Manyeruke’ s attempt to challenge Jim Kunaka’ s testimony before the Commission of Inquiry hit a brick wall following chairperson Kgalema Mothlante’ s declaration that Kunaka had the right to refuse to answer questions from Manyeruke.

Manyeruke said: “I just want to set the record straight, I have never held even a single meeting with Jim Kunaka.”

Her remarks were abruptly drowned by chants from the crowd prompting Mothlante to save her from further embarrassment.

A buoyant Kunaka threatened to unravel further details of Manyeruke’ s dirty tricks.

“If she wants to challenge me then that’s alright, I am ready to expose her dirty actions,” said Kunaka.
