Terrence Mawawa|The controversial Reconstruction Act is being used as a repressive tool to silence perceived enemies of the Zanu PF regime, Zimbabwean businessman Mutumwa Mawere has said.

Mawere also related how he was tormented by Zanu PF bigwigs as they sought to grab Shabanie and Mashava Mines.
