By Farai D Hove| One of Emmerson Mnangagwa’s lawyers on the Aug 2018 concourt challenge, who assaulted human rights lawyer, Brian Dube inside the Gweru magistrates court yesterday has spoken.

Writing soon after the incident, Tinomudaishe Chinyoka said,

“I was arrested today. Brian Dube and Jeremiah Bamu concocted a false assault charge against me to secure my arrest and removal from Court.

“Instead of representing their client, they are busy lying and consorting with mobs to assault lawyers and witnesses. Hearing Friday maybe.”
