Farai Dziva|Presidential spokesperson George Charamba has said the government will not officially make arrangements to commemorate former President Robert Mugabe’s birthday.

Charamba has said there are no official plans to celebrate Mugabe’s birthday.

ZANU PF spokesperson Simon Khaya Moyo said that he was not sure if the party’s youth league had planned something.

The former President turned 95 today and he celebrated his birthday with his family and a few loyalists.
