President Emmerson Mnangagwa has declared two days of national mourning this coming Saturday the 23^rd and Sunday the 24^th after the worst ever weather related disaster and flooding killed 139 people so far, with the death toll expected to reach several thousands.

The President made the announcement at State House this evening, where he was giving an update on Cyclone Idai.
