Opposition MDC leader Nelson Chamisa has dismissed President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s 2030 vision of a middle income country saying its another fiction just like the previous mantras such as housing for all by 2000.

Responding to a Twitter user on the vision 2030, Chamisa said:

They used to tell us of ‘housing for all’ and ‘health for all’ by 2000.We are now in 2018 yet without houses and health for the majority of Zimbabweans.They have the courage to tell us another fiction about 2030.
