By Dr Nkululeko Sibanda| The judgement is not just confusing it is confused, it not just inconsistent, it is congested, it is not just absurd, it is also impossible to interpret, the Court can not say it has been fulfilled, it is thus impractical and unenforceable.

For example, how would you determine the pre-2014 structures. Some of those people have left the party and are now working for other parties.

Whose list will the Court be willing to accept? Are they planning to storm our Congress and prevent it from going forward?

Even the party it refers to can be a problem, the constitution they are referring to is itself something likely printed by Jongwe Printers and Publishers.

After putting the past nail on the economy’s coffin Mnangagwa, is destroying every institution with the zeal of a mindless child.

He is destroying the Army, Airforce, Police and this is the one of the last nails couts’ of the coffin. The Courts just lost all legitimacy by wading into politics in such an obvious manner.

We will have nothing by the time President Chamisa gets to State House if it does not happen within short order.
