By A Correspondent| The controversial businessman, Frank Buyanga has lost his court case against his girlfriend over a child custody battle. Following the loss, Buyanga has written a complaint to the Resident Magistrate claiming that Magistrate Nyatsanza before announcing the verdict, had privately met his girlfriend, Chantelle Muteswa at a location in Harare CBD.

The new hearing following Buyanga’s complaint is due this morning.
