By Own Correspondent- The Passengers Association of Zimbabwe has warned the commuting public against boarding private cars adding that there is a silver Toyota Carina being used by robbers to steal from commuters.

Tafadzwa Goliath, President of PAZ warned commuters in a statement:

Please be warned that there is a Toyota Carina silver in colour, sedan body type bearing registration numbers ADH 9785. This car is robbing people at gun point.

The registration numbers indicated is of not a toyota carina but is of a Toyota Rav 4. Please if anyone come across this vehicle report to Harare Central CID Homicide/nearest police.

So far there is a reported case of robbery at ZRP Mabvuku involving same car. It moves around with 4 occupants. Disseminate this information to members of the public even those who board lifts during day/ after hours. Avoid to be a victim please.
