Farai Dziva|Prominent musician and poet Albert Nyathi has described the death of veteran journalist Brian Moyo as a terrible blow to the entire nation.

Moyo worked as a news editor at Chronicle before moving to the United Kingdom.

Nyathi said :”Very sorry to hear that. I remember Brian invited me to his office in London when I was staying in Kent.

Had big ambitions and wanted to do a film. When I came to London a few years ago through Dabengwa’s initiative to launch Ezekiel Hleza’s book, Don’t Cry for Me, in the hope of raising funds for the film on the Wankie battle, Brian gave me a cooy of his newly produced marabi music.

My condolences to family and friends. May his dear sould rest in eternal peace.”
