Jane Mlambo| Amalgamated Rural Teachers Union of Zimbabwe has reported that one of its members in the Midlands Province has been abducted by suspected state security agents.

According to an ARTUZ alert, the union expressed concern over the abducted of their National Red Committee Vice Chairperson Godfrey Chanda.

“ARTUZ notes with concern the abduction of our Midlands and ARTUZ National Red Commitee Vice Chairperson Cde Godfrey Chanda. We condemn the barbaric act from the State and the immediate release of Cde Godfrey Chanda.”
