Farai Dziva|Professor Jonathan Moyo has claimed that Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube illegally issued USD 500 million to buy shares from a local bank.

Moyo further claimed that Emmerson Mnangagwa, Kuda Tagwirei and SB Moyo were involved in the alleged scam.
