Farai Dziva|MDC vice president Tendai Biti has said Zanu PF leader Emmerson Mnangagwa is directly responsible for the MaShurugwi menace.

Addressing MDC supporters in Masvingo on Monday Biti said:

Emmerson Mnangagwa’ s record of cruelty is well documented.

He is directly responsible for the MaShurugwi menace.

Mnangagwa created those gangsters.We are going to use legal and Constitutional means to make sure MaShurugwi are brought to book,” said Biti.
