Emerson Mnangagwa Says his doors are open to the People of Matabeleland and all Zimbabweans

MRP PRESIDENT

MRP as a political Party follows closely the unfolding developments of the meetings between the Matabeleland Civil Society groups, in this case, the Matabeleland Collective and Zimbabwean President Emerson Mnangagwa.

In his latest tweet after his meeting with the Civil Society groups, ED Mnangagwa has this to say; ‘ Today I was in Bulawayo to meet Matabeleland Civil Society Organizations and discuss issues facing the region’.

As MRP and Matabeleland, we have been crying foul on ‘issues’, issues such as Mnangagwa is not brave enough to mention by name.

He continued to highlight by saying ‘ We are committed to dialogue and cooperation as a means to address and resolve ‘issues’ between the different ‘strands’ of our nation’

ED uses the word ‘nation’ and shades a highlight on the case of ‘strands’

Lets quickly unpack the notion of a nation.
What is a nation?

The following gives an explanation;
A large body of people joined together by common descent, history, culture, or language, inhabiting a particular country or territory.
In this case, Its meant to be Zimbabwe!!

This word ‘nation’ somehow does not fit in the picture of Zimbabwe. I will highlight as we observe his closing remarks in his tweet.

ED continues to say To the people of Matabeleland and all Zimbabweans, my door remains open’.

ED here presents a rather divided kingdom after 40 years of Independence.
If indeed Zimbabwe or say Zimbabwean government, in this case, Zanu pf has been committed to building a nation, the first secretary of Zanu pf, the president of Zimbabwe would be speaking a really logical language for this country’s quandary.

If Matebeleland and Zimbabweans make up Zimbabwe how is that nationally correct?

When Ed met with the civil society organizations in Matabeleland’s Statehouse in Bulawayo, did he get hypnotized or did the radiance of history overcome his sobriety of this one-state solution through the fake treaties of the past?

ED must be well informed and historically correct to say people of Matabeleland and all Zimbabweans because he is from the past and is speaking unconsciously the uncontested truth ever told by any leader.

The center refuses to hold for Zimbabwe as two parallel lines will always refuse to coalesce.
-Two statehouses
-Two Reserve banks
-Two High Courts
-Two State Newspapers( The Herald Newspaper in Harare established in 1891 a year after Mashonaland was colonized in 1890 and The Chronicle Newspaper in Bulawayo established in 1894 a year after Matebeleland was colonized on 1893.
-Two Radio Stations ( Radio Mthwakazi and their own Radio in Mashonaland)

Why not two countries??.
Zimbabwe remains a country and none of a _nation.
What ED is trying to do will continuously mortalize his words; ‘ People of Matabeleland and Zimbabweans’
We have no problem with being called the ‘People of Matabeleland” because that is what we are. We only have a problem in that ED crosses the Munyati border to come to remind us that we are just the People of Matabeleland and just a strand connected illegally to Zimbabwe while he continues disrespecting our sovereignty as a nation of Mthwakazi.

It is also unfortunate that there is no content in Ed’s continued address with the people of Matabeleland. He continues to play his rotten tricks of delaying the freedom of the people of Matabeleland. We have been in this oppressive regime ever since we were parceled by the Rhodesian regime to Zimbabwe and the amalgamation of us with Mashonaland in 1923 without our consent.

Nothing will come out of those meetings. ED is afraid of facing the international criminal court to answer to his charges against humanity hence his imbecility and idiocy to divide and conquer the People of Matabeleland for the Shonas.

To all Mthwakazians, we assert and say be reminded you are stateless, just referred to as ‘People of Matabeleland’ against all Zimbabweans.
Lest you forget another minister of ED by the name Energy Mutodi said we are foreigners in Zimbabwe at the mercy of the Zimbabwean government. We are just refugees and vagabonds. It all accounts for the displacement of all people of Matabeleland origins since independence to date. We have millions and millions of our people in neighboring countries and overseas who are stateless.

Let this Zanu Pf government give us our Matabeleland as it used to be named as a state which was built to be u Mthwakazi.

As Mthwakazi people, we feel the Genocide/ Gukurahundi is still in our midst as we experience the Economic Genocide which is the after-effects of the 1983- 1987 physical Genocide.

This economic genocide is cemented on the 1979 Satanic Grand plan Zanu pf Document which was written by the likes of former finance minister Dr. Simba Makoni and the likes of Nathan Shamuyarira in the University of London hence it is called the 1979 grand plan which clearly states that the document was written in 1979.

The issues of education that Emerson spoke about affecting the primary education in Mthwakazi are clearly dealt with on page 11 of the satanic Grand plan under the title “Jobs”.

Emerson Mnangagwa and your Zanu pf cannot fix the Gukurahundi and marginalization of Mthwakazi without redressing and acknowledging your satanic document. We know that the Matebeleland collective is your brainchild through the advice of the Central Intelligence Organisation to keep Mthwakazi disjointed. This collective is not different from your recently Created POLAD where you call yourselves as political actors and indeed you have proven so far that you are political comedians with no solutions to proffer for the already sinking ship. How many organs will you form in trying to redress the Genocide where you were the direct perpetrator. On the other hand, you created the National Peace and Reconciliation Commission ( NPRC) which is your operational wing yet toothless at the same time. We have long told you that we want an International Truth and Justice commission as there will be no Reconciliation without Truth and Justice.

Nothing for us without us

For Peace and Justice in our lifetime.
