I would like to name and shame Cimas for such unprofessional conduct.

After sending them proof of payment for my May subscriptions, I get a reply that my subscriptions have doubled as at the 1st of May. There was no email from Cimas advising the Increase just telling me I need to pay Z$4489 from Z$2835.

Cimas Medical Aid you have no shame. You think we all growing money in our backyards. No notice to your clients. You do what you want.
