Tinashe Sambiri|MDC Alliance Youth Assembly leaders, Hon Joana Mamombe and Cecilia Chimbiri will spend another night in prison following the postponement of their bail application hearing by a High Court Judge.

Justice Chinamora on Monday morning postponed the duo’s bail application hearing to Tuesday.

Justice Chinamora has postponed the bail appeal for Hon Joana Ruvimbo Mamombe and Cecillia R Chimbiri to tomorrow Tuesday at 9am.

The state as usual had not filed a response to the bail appeal.

My thoughts and prayers are with these 2 dear sisters. It shall be well with them. It’s a bit of a relief when I manage to see them everyday in very high spirits and taking each day as it comes, very positive about the future and not even moved by their current unlawful detention.

Hon Joana Ruvimbo Mamombe ‘s last words today were “nothing lasts forever, tichakunda hedu”.
