By A Correspondent| The ruling Zanu PF has postponed today’s politburo meeting, party Director of Information, Tafadzwa Mugwadi has confirmed.

Posting on Twitter, Mugwadi did not disclose reasons for the postponement.

“Good morning Zimbabwe. Today’s Politburo has been postponed. Stand guided,” he said.

In a statement also shared on Twitter, party spokesperson Simon Khaya Moyo said the meeting had been postponed to a later date.

Among issues the party was expected to discuss include the country’s response to COVID-19 pandemic among others.
