By A Correspondent-Outspoken Zanu PF MP for Buhera South, Joseph Chinotimba, said his party should consider including opposition party members in government positions.

Chinotimba told parliament Tuesday that President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s should be given those powers by the constitution even to appoint MDC-Alliance chairman, Job Sikhala in government.

“The President must nominate the Ministers that he wants to work with. If he chooses Job Sikhala to be the Minister, no one should stop him from doing so. This is a law that must be passed as we are moving towards the next elections.

The current state of the affairs is that a party that could have won an election only chooses its members to take up cabinet positions.
