Tinashe Sambiri|MDC Alliance leader President Nelson Chamisa has paid tribute to victims of the Aiforce of Zimbabwe helicopter crash.

The helicopter crashed into a house outside the capital Harare, killing a child and all three crew members.

The accident took place on Friday in Acturus, around 30 kilometres east of Harare.

President Chamisa urged the nation to pray for the families of the crash victims.

“My deepest condolences to the families of WCMG Thomas Manyowa, Flt Lt Anita Mapiye, Flt Sgt Tinodiwanashe Chikamhi and young Jade Fenyere who tragically died after a horrific AFZ helicopter crash.

May Jada and her mother injured in the crash find quick & full recovery! May God, The Father comfort all the affected families during this difficult period,” said President Chamisa in a brief statement.
